[Mac] Olympus DSS Player Update 7.3.2 Available – Mountain Lion Compatibility [OS X 10.8]

Olympus DSS Player v7 Plus update upgrade for Mac 7.3.2 Mountain Lion compatible

Olympus Australia have today released an update to their DSS Player v7 software for Apple Mac, users on any version of DSS Player Plus version 7 will be able to upgrade for free. This is a small incremental release with only two key updates:

  1. Compatibility for Apple’s latest operating system, Mountain Lion – OS X 10.8
  2. The ability to encrypt DSS digital dictation audio files (.ds2) using 256 bit encryption

Audio files encrypted using 256bit can be decrypted and transcribed using the Olympus AS-7000 digital transcription kit and accompanying software.
